Introduction

The fees shown below are for the consultations only. Included in these fees is the time Adele spends in advance of each consultation reviewing your case including any test results, plus creating a bespoke diet plan alongside lifestyle and supplement proposals.

Typically this process will take 3 to 4 hours of Adele’s time. Frequently during consultations supplements are recommended. These will be sourced by Remedy Health on your behalf, from our trusted suppliers. These are an additional cost and you will be invoiced accordingly. Full details will be discussed with you at your consultation.

Functional laboratory testing can play an important role in ascertaining any key imbalances in your system. Any recommended tests will be fully explained during your session. These tests are carried out by external laboratories and so incur additional costs for which you will be invoiced.

Please note that payments can be made via BACS transfer, cash and debit or credit card.

Pre-Consultation – Free 15 minute phone call

Not everyone knows the many ways nutritional medicine can help, or what the process is. This session allows you to briefly discuss your immediate health needs and expectations, to find out whether nutritional therapy is right for you, and whether you feel comfortable to embark on your healing journey with Adele as a therapist. Adele will also be able to give you an idea whether she can help you and meet your expectations.

The Discovery Package – £225

Includes an initial 75 minute consultation plus a follow up 60 minute consultation.

This is where everyone starts – it may be all you need. It includes Adele’s assessment of your in-take health questionnaire prior to your 75 minute consultation. During the time with you, Adele will review your case and requirements in great detail which enables her to create a personalised and comprehensive nutrition plan that will be discussed and explained to you in your follow up 60 minute consultation. The follow up session may take place as soon as a week later to go through your plan thoroughly and ensure you are happy with all the recommendations moving forward. Alternatively, if we decide that any testing will be useful in your case, we will wait for the results of any tests before arranging the follow up session.

One Hour Consultation – £95

This is only available to patients who have completed the Discovery Package and require further follow-up consultations.

30 Minute ‘Check-in’ – £60

Once you have started a programme it is possible you may have some queries, perhaps there some food items you dislike and you need alternatives, or you would like some snack ideas. For these discussions we would book you a 30 minute ‘check in’ call. This can be by phone or zoom call.

Any general correspondence relating to your case should only be made via email if it is a quick one line query. Any more in depth request should be dealt with at a 30 minute check-in session or one hour consultation if deemed more appropriate. Adele will attempt to respond to your short email queries within 2-3 working days.
